United Arab Emirates
Dubai · Abu DhabiThe home market. Dubai World Trade Centre, the Dubai Exhibition Centre at Expo City and ADNEC in Abu Dhabi are the halls we work most, and the production floor is in Al Quoz, in the same city as the first two. That is the practical case for building rather than brokering: when something is wrong at midnight during build-up, the workshop is a drive away rather than a phone call to another country.
Saudi Arabia
Riyadh · JeddahRiyadh is a calendar now rather than an occasional trip: LEAP, Big 5 Construct Saudi, Saudi Build, Saudi Plastics & Petrochem, the Global Health Exhibition, the World Defense Show and the Future Minerals Forum all sit in it. Saudi venues run their own approval regimes and their own build-up discipline, so planning starts earlier than it would for a Dubai show of the same size.
Türkiye
IstanbulIstanbul covers the Turkish show calendar — ITM, Petroleum Istanbul, Expomed Eurasia and BeautyEurasia — and a national pavilion at Expomed Eurasia is published here with a full case study. Tuyap build-up windows are unforgiving, which makes the drawing set and the shipping schedule matter more than anything decided on site.
International
Europe · Asia · partner marketsBeyond the region the published record includes Geneva, Singapore and Miami. On an overseas show the design is rarely what goes wrong; logistics, customs and a build-up window in a hall nobody on the team has walked are. One accountable team travels with the project rather than handing it to a local subcontractor on arrival.
Where we build
The show is the brief.
A hall sets the terms before a designer draws anything: how buyers move through it, what the organiser permits overhead, how many hours the build-up window really runs. These are the shows we work across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh and Istanbul, and what each one asks of a stand.

- Intersec Security, safety and fire protection · Dubai World Trade Centre
Intersec buyers come to see technology working. A stand has to run live demonstrations reliably, often with cameras, access control and network hardware that needs clean power and data, while still giving sales teams a quiet place to talk to government and enterprise buyers.
- ArabPlast Plastics, petrochemicals, packaging and rubber · Dubai World Trade Centre
ArabPlast is held every two years and brings machinery makers, polymer producers and converters to Dubai World Trade Centre. Stands often carry running machines and heavy exhibits, so floor loading, power and access routes shape the design as much as the brand does.
- Beautyworld Beauty, fragrance and wellness · Dubai World Trade Centre
Beautyworld rewards immediate visual recognition, disciplined product presentation and a visitor journey that moves naturally from discovery to consultation. Beauty Sky connects architecture, lighting, media, storage, sampling and meeting space within one accountable delivery line.
- WETEX Water, energy, technology and environment · Dubai World Trade Centre
WETEX is a policy and procurement floor as much as a trade show. Utilities, municipalities and government buyers walk it, which means a stand is read by engineers and officials rather than consumers.
- Big 5 Global Construction and building materials · Dubai World Trade Centre
Big 5 Global is a procurement show. Contractors, consultants and developers arrive with specifications in hand, so a stand has to make materials and systems legible up close, carry heavy samples safely, and give technical sales teams room to talk through a project.
- GITEX Global Technology, AI and digital economy · Expo City Dubai
At GITEX, the strongest stands make technology understandable at a glance and useful within minutes. Beauty Sky plans presentation theatres, demonstration zones, digital content, hospitality and controlled visitor flow as one integrated experience.
- Arab Health / WHX Healthcare and medical technology · Dubai Exhibition Centre and Dubai World Trade Centre
World Health Expo is where medical-technology companies meet distributors, hospital procurement teams and regulators. Stands have to present devices and data with clinical clarity, support live demonstrations, and provide quiet meeting space away from very busy halls.
- Gulfood Food and beverage · Dubai World Trade Centre and Dubai Exhibition Centre
Gulfood is a trading floor. Buyers walk the halls to source, so a stand has to show product clearly from the aisle, hold tastings and sampling without blocking flow, and give sales teams somewhere to sit down and close.
- Middle East Energy Power, utilities and energy transition · Dubai Exhibition Centre
Middle East Energy runs on equipment. Switchgear, cabling, storage and generation hardware are heavy, need floor loading considered early, and often need power on the stand to demonstrate.
- Dubai Airshow Aviation, aerospace and defence · Dubai Airshow Site, Dubai World Central
The Dubai Airshow is a delegation show.
Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates
- World Future Energy Summit Clean energy, water, sustainability and climate technology · ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi
The World Future Energy Summit mixes government delegations, utilities, universities and technology companies at ADNEC. Stands are expected to show research and innovation clearly, host senior visitors, and reflect sustainability in how they are built, not only in what they display.
- ADIPEC Energy and industrial technology · ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi
ADIPEC stands must perform as branded environments, meeting platforms and live communication systems at the same time. Beauty Sky coordinates spatial planning, engineering, AV, hospitality, approvals, production and installation around fixed venue deadlines.
- IDEX Defence and security · ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi
IDEX is a government and delegation show, and the stand is a meeting venue first. Hosting is scheduled, briefings are private, and a large part of the footprint goes to rooms rather than display.
Riyadh Saudi Arabia
- LEAP Technology, AI and digital economy · Riyadh Exhibition & Convention Centre, Malham
LEAP combines enterprise technology, AI, government engagement, investment and startup ecosystems at exceptional scale. An effective environment must communicate complex capabilities quickly, support live demonstrations and create controlled meeting opportunities despite very high visitor volumes.
- Big 5 Construct Saudi Construction, infrastructure and building systems · Riyadh Front Exhibition & Conference Center at ROSHN Front
Big 5 Construct Saudi brings international manufacturers into a procurement-led environment. Stand architecture must make products understandable, accommodate samples or machinery, and support technical conversations with contractors, consultants and project stakeholders.
- Global Health Exhibition Healthcare, medical technology and investment · Riyadh Exhibition & Convention Center, Malham
Healthcare exhibition design must balance trust, product explanation, private discussion, hospitality and operational clarity. Beauty Sky plans the spatial and technical system around the exhibitor's audience, demonstration requirements and regulatory context.
- Saudi Build Construction, infrastructure and building materials · Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Center
Saudi Build is a technical and commercial platform. The stand must create immediate category recognition, provide disciplined product presentation and give sales teams practical spaces for specifications, samples and meetings.
- Future Minerals Forum Mining, minerals and industrial investment · King Abdulaziz International Conference Center
Future Minerals Forum brings together government, investors, mining groups and technology providers. Environments must project institutional confidence while supporting executive discussion, technical narratives and international partnership building.
- World Defense Show Defence, aerospace and security · World Defense Show purpose-built venue, Riyadh
World Defense Show requires more than visual impact. The environment must support official delegations, controlled hospitality, product and capability explanation, protocol, complex media systems and highly disciplined delivery.
- Saudi Plastics & Petrochem Plastics, petrochemicals, packaging and manufacturing · Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Center
This is a strategically relevant sector for Beauty Sky's existing plastics and petrochemical experience. The strongest stands combine machinery or product presentation, technical sales spaces, digital communication and reliable high-load production.
Istanbul Türkiye
- BeautyEurasia Beauty, cosmetics and personal care · Istanbul Expo Center, Türkiye
Istanbul connects European, Middle Eastern and Eurasian buying networks. A successful stand needs a clear product story, efficient hospitality and a delivery plan that respects venue deadlines and cross-border coordination.
- ITM Textile machinery and technology · Tuyap Fair and Congress Center, Türkiye
ITM is a machinery show, and machinery decides the stand. Running looms and knitting machines are heavy, need power and compressed air, generate noise and heat, and cannot be moved once positioned — so the layout is set by the equipment before any visitor route is drawn.
- Petroleum Istanbul Oil, gas and petroleum technology · Istanbul Expo Center, Türkiye
Istanbul sits between European, Caspian and Middle Eastern energy networks, and Petroleum Istanbul draws buyers from all three.
- Expomed Eurasia Medical devices and healthcare technology · Tuyap Fair and Congress Center, Türkiye
Expomed Eurasia runs several national pavilions side by side, so a country platform is competing with its neighbours down the same aisle.
The next horizon
What must the world notice next?
Before you send a brief
The questions we get asked.
What does Beauty Sky actually do?
Four things, with one delivery team: country pavilions, exhibition stand design and build, event production, and interior fit-out. We work from concept and 3D visualisation through engineering, production, logistics, installation and dismantling, so the stand is not handed between suppliers along the way.
What does an exhibition stand cost in Dubai?
A custom stand or booth in Dubai starts from AED 1,000 per square metre, on a minimum stand size of 24 m². Where a project lands above that is driven by whether the stand is single or double-deck, how much is custom-fabricated rather than reused, the finish level and the venue's own rules. Send the show, the stand size and what the stand has to achieve, and you get a real figure instead of a range. The full breakdown, including what the organiser charges separately, is in our Dubai stand cost guide.
How do you compare exhibition stand builders in Dubai?
Every builder shows renders, so the website is the least useful thing to compare. Three checks separate them. Does the builder fabricate in its own facility or subcontract the work — that decides who is accountable when something is wrong at 2am during build-up. Has it built at your specific show before, since venue rules, build-up windows and rigging rights differ. And can it show photographs of finished stands rather than the visuals they were sold from. Beauty Sky produces in a 15,000 m² facility in Dubai, and every project in the portfolio names its show and year.
Are you only a stand builder?
No. Beauty Sky builds, and BS Expo is the official representative in the Middle East for the major global plastics exhibitions — ArabPlast, PlastIndia, Plastivision, Ruplastica, Chinaplas, Plastpol, Plast Milan, GreenPlast, IranPlast, VietnamPlas, Complast and Turkchem. Those organisers exhibit under the BS Expo pavilion, and at PlastIndia 2026 BS Expo organised the Middle East Pavilion itself, with SABIC as prime exhibitor. So we build pavilions for other people, and we run one of our own.
Do you build in-house, or subcontract it?
In-house. Beauty Sky operates a 15,000 m² production facility, which is why we can hold quality, timing and finishing rather than depending on whoever a broker can book that month. It is the main practical difference between us and an agency that outsources the build.
Where do you deliver?
The UAE is the home market — Dubai and Abu Dhabi — and Saudi Arabia, Türkiye and international shows are delivered from there. Published overseas work includes Istanbul, Geneva, Singapore and Miami, each with a full case study on this site. One accountable team travels with the project, so an overseas client is not managing a Dubai build through a chain of local subcontractors.
How quickly can a stand go up?
It depends on size, venue rules and the show's own build-up window, which the organiser fixes. As a real reference point: at Beautyworld Middle East we install the Spain Pavilion alongside ten other independent projects — Gulf Orchid among them, one of the more complex builds — around 3,000 m² in total, inside the same 2.5-day build-up. Eleven separate clients, one crew, one window.
Are you certified?
Yes. Beauty Sky holds ISO 9001:2015 for its quality management system. The work has also taken five international stand design awards, including ArabPlast 2023 in the UAE and Plast 2018 in Milan.
Do you handle shipping, installation and dismantling?
Yes, all of it. Logistics, installation, live operation during the show and dismantling afterwards are part of the same delivery line, not separate contracts. On an overseas show that matters more than the design, because nothing about a stand is useful if it clears customs late.
Can you deliver a national pavilion?
Yes, and it is a large part of the record: Spain, Estonia, Malaysia, Poland, Latvia, Czech Republic and Moscow are all published on this site with full case studies.
Do you build in Abu Dhabi as well as Dubai?
Yes. ADNEC is a regular working venue — ADIPEC, IDEX and the World Future Energy Summit all run there, and twelve of the projects published on this site were delivered in Abu Dhabi, six of them at ADIPEC for clients including Gazprom and Wintershall. Production still runs from the Dubai facility, so an Abu Dhabi show is the same workshop and the same crew with the transport planned into the schedule, not a local subcontractor picked up at the other end.
When is a double-deck stand worth it?
When the floor space you can get is smaller than the number of conversations you need to hold. A second level moves meetings and hospitality off the product floor, which buys you roughly the footprint again without paying for it twice. The trade is time and paperwork: a double deck needs structural calculations and its own venue approval at both DWTC and ADNEC, and both have to start early. If the plan is to decide during build-up, it is not a double deck.
Can you build a design that is not yours?
Yes. Agencies, organisers and design studios use us for execution alone: you keep the client and the design, we take the drawings, produce in our own facility and deliver on site. We stay unbranded on the stand. It is the same production line as our own projects, which is the point — the reason to appoint a builder directly is usually that the build is the risk, not the drawing.
Which shows do you cover outside the UAE?
Istanbul and Riyadh are the two other markets on this site. In Türkiye the published work includes Expomed Eurasia, and the show pages cover ITM, Petroleum Istanbul and BeautyEurasia. For Saudi Arabia the calendar covers LEAP, Big 5 Construct Saudi, Saudi Build, Saudi Plastics & Petrochem, the Global Health Exhibition, the World Defense Show and the Future Minerals Forum. Further out, the published record includes Geneva, Singapore and Miami.
What do you need from us before you can quote?
Four things, and three of them fit in a sentence: the show and year, the stand size and space number, whether the space is a corner, island or in-line, and what the stand has to achieve — sampling, meetings, launches, or all three. Brand guidelines and a budget range make the first design closer to the last one. Anything missing we will ask about, but those four decide the price more than anything on the drawing.
